Payouts can be requested on the 20th of each month and cheques will be available for pickup on the 30th. If a cheque isn’t picked up by the 30th, it will be held until the 30th of the following month.

  • Each consignment appointment is limited to one medium-sized bag of clothing. Please don’t bring items in garbage bags, boxes, or on hangers. We accept pieces that are in-season, in-style, and in excellent condition.

We do not accept items that are unwashed, damaged, overly worn, stained, or in poor condition.

Rosemere does not accept Men’s clothing, jewelry, undergarments, sleepwear, activewear, hats, out of style clothing, swimwear, or children’s wear. We also do not accept fast fashion (e.g., SHEIN).

  • Rosemere is a mid-range consignment boutique curating timeless, elevated pieces with a western-boutique warmth. We focus on quality, wearability, and style.

Luxury items may be accepted but are priced with accessibility in mind.

  • Walk-ins are welcome during store hours, but appointments are highly recommended and will be prioritized.

During your visit, Rosemere’s team will review your pieces and select those that best align with Rosemere’s aesthetic and current inventory. Items we don’t accept will be returned to you at that time.

  • Accepted items are prepped, priced, and placed on the sales floor within one week of drop-off. Once logged in under your account, items remain available for up to 60 days.

After this period, any unsold items may be picked up or donated—your choice.

Items accepted cannot be returned within 30 days of consignment.

  • Rosemere maintains sole discretion over pricing, markdowns, and the use of in-store promotions/discounts. Each item is priced based on condition, style, and likelihood of selling.

Prices may be adjusted during the consignment period to reflect seasonal demand and market value.

  • Consignors earn 40% of each item’s final selling price.
Prefer to shop with your earnings? Use your balance as store credit and enjoy 10% off when your purchase matches the total of your store credit amount.

All sales and balances are tracked in ConsignCloud, where you can log in anytime to view active items, sales, and earnings. Your account balance remains active for one year from your last sale.

Store credit details: 10% off applies when paying with store credit; non-transferable; cannot be combined with other discounts; subject to change.

  • Once your item sells, your earnings are automatically added to your account as store credit, which you can use right away when shopping in-store at Rosemere.

As a thank-you to our consigners, if your store credit fully covers an item you’re purchasing, you’ll receive 10% off that item.

Requests submitted on or before the 20th of the month will be processed that same month with cheques available on the 30th, while requests made after the 20th will be processed the following month. Your store credit remains available to use until cheque processing begins after the 20th, and cheques are not issued for payout amounts under $15.

  • At your first consigning appointment we will ask if you prefer to pick up your items or have us donate it if they don’t sell within 60 days.

If items aren’t collected within one week of notification, they’ll be donated to our charity partner.

Please keep your email current and check it for updates.

  • Rosemere supports local charities and circular fashion. Donated items may be resold at reduced prices with proceeds directed to community initiatives.
