At Rosemere, we take pride in curating a thoughtful selection of quality merchandise, vintage pieces, and unique consignment finds. To ensure clarity and transparency for all customers, please review our return policy below.
Final Sale Items
All consignment and vintage items are final sale.
Due to the nature of secondhand and one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit on any consignment or vintage purchases. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase.
New Merchandise Returns
For all new merchandise (Quality Goods), we gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items returned with a gift receipt may be exchanged only.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
A proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be designated as non-returnable. These exceptions will be verbally and clearly noted at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
